So this week, I've had no soda, red meat, pasta, sweets, very little sugar and carbs. I feel better and already see a difference. I'm learning new snacks to make that are healthy and delicious. I went to the farmers market today and bought fresh veggies and fruits. There are times that it's hard.... More or less when I see girl scout cookies... But I will do this!!
Great and delicious snack
Slice zucchini and yellow squash, lay on a cookie sheet and drizzle with olive oil, fresh garlic and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes. Soon good:)
