Day 2!!!

Hey all. So it's Day 2 ( 3 for no soda) and I'm hanging in there. Haha. No this is pretty easy. I think the hardest part is making sure I have snack foods on hand because the closest thing is a chevron and I don't think nachos count as being healthy. So here's to day 3!!!

Breakfast: veggie frittata, country potatos and 1/4 English muffin
Lunch: veggie sandwich on wheat with hummus, carrot sticks
Snack: low fat yogurt and a cutie.

Day One. Shoot me now.

Ok, so I'm a naturally thin person thanks to good genes and the fact that I'm not a big eater. My one weakness though is soda.... I just love the ice cold taste of it.
Now I've been doing boxing for a few months now and really enjoy it; problem is: I'm not losing weight or gaining it. Solution!!!: quit drinking soda, eating junk food, no red meat or pork, no pasta, whole wheat grain only . You get the idea. I started officially today and let me tell you. I've never craved a soda so bad. But it's day 2 of no soda and I know in a few weeks when I've lost the belly and I don't feel so lethargic that I will be thankful i did this. Oh and my husband buying mr really nice jeans when I achieve my goal doesn't hurt either.
So in closing, no sugar ( crazy eh?) working out like crazy..even if I'm exhausted after work and not giving up!! Here's to day 2!!!

Breakfast: steel cut oatmeal with strawberries
Lunch: organic PB and sugar free raspberry jam on whole wheat and 2 cuties.
Water water water water. :)
