Hey all. So it's Day 2 ( 3 for no soda) and I'm hanging in there. Haha. No this is pretty easy. I think the hardest part is making sure I have snack foods on hand because the closest thing is a chevron and I don't think nachos count as being healthy. So here's to day 3!!!
Breakfast: veggie frittata, country potatos and 1/4 English muffin
Lunch: veggie sandwich on wheat with hummus, carrot sticks
Snack: low fat yogurt and a cutie.
good job, keep up the hard work. I started a very similar diet 9 days ago and i am already down 6 LBs
ReplyDeleteJust a tip, potatoes are one of the worst foods for you as far as your waist line, a very glycemic food(meaning very starchy and full of carbs). So you may want to omit those completely. By the way, great job, Lynnette!
